Dexter is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Client Services team in our Memphis, TN location. This role will ensure our customers have a positive service experience with Dexter.

Essential functions include, but are not limited to:

    • Interacting directly with customers to aid in product selection and order management.
    • Focusing on exceeding our customers’ satisfaction level with products and service.
    • Partnering with internal resources to ensure accuracy and timeliness of products and services requested.
    • Applying thorough knowledge of our processes to successfully and effectively provide problem resolution.
    • Promoting applicable products to customers to increase service needs and customer program growth.
To be considered for this role, the qualified candidate will have a high school diploma or GED. Candidate must have at least three years working in a complex customer service environment; experience in the printing and/or hospitality industry is preferred. He/she must be energetic and enthusiastic with superb organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously; detail-oriented and able to demonstrate tasks prioritization; and have a “can-do” approach to complex requests. He/she must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word with the ability to learn new technology quickly.

To be successful in this role at Dexter, the top candidate will have solid skills in the areas of written and verbal communication with the ability to professionally interact via a variety of communication methods with management at varying level, other departments within the company, and with clients.
