Mark Zimmerman


Mark heads up Dexter Solutions’ never-ending efforts to leverage design, manufacturing and service technology in anticipation of ever-changing client demands. With over 30 years of experience in media, marketing, technology, publishing, and global operations, Mark’s dynamic, decisive, and creative leadership has infused Dexter Solutions with a company-wide focus on the highest standards of quality, service, and execution. Mark can most often be found spending time with Dexter’s clients and crafting solutions to new challenges, from mastering the interaction between brand messaging channels to enhancing global branding compliance to redesigning product and supply lines for maximum customer and cost impact.

Karen Trendell

VP, Hospitality Operations & Customer Experience

As Vice President of Hospitality Operations & Customer Experience, Karen’s focus is the formulation and optimization of customer solutions and services across all divisions of Dexter Solutions. With over 20 years of experience in Operations, Contact Center Management, and Sales Support, Karen has led major customer operations for companies such as ContextWeb, Reader’s Digest, Envision EMI, and Time Inc. At every stop, she has injected an intense customer focus, a no-nonsense get-it-done attitude, advanced technological know-how, and a commitment to teamwork that drives a top-notch customer experience.

Ashleigh Mason

VP, Business Development & Marketing

Ashleigh is the Vice President, Business Development & Marketing Services. She is responsible for the Company’s marketing efforts, developing new growth and branding strategies, and for enhancing the Company’s client relationships. Her efforts drive marketing initiatives that strengthen Dexter’s position as a leading brand execution partner. Ashleigh creates comprehensive programs that foster the Company’s vision and supports engagement through face to face interaction, public relations and digital platform management. With Dexter’s focus on expanding its already robust hospitality platform, Ashleigh’s 15 years of hospitality experience is a recognized asset to the Dexter Solutions team. Prior to joining Dexter, she held roles in business development and strategy, hospitality management and marketing, food and beverage, and hotel operations.

Alicia Graham

Vic President, Human Resources

An energetic and enterprising HR leader, Alicia has extensive experience in talent and organizational development, recruitment, and performance management. She enjoys motivating teams and ensuring that the entire Dexter team is aware of the company’s initiatives.

Glenda Burkhart

Chairperson, Board of Directors

Glenda Burkhart is an accomplished executive in the areas of strategy, large-scale organizational change, and talent development. She has served in corporate executive roles for a number of large public companies, including Exxon Chemical, Millipore, and Reader’s Digest. She started in strategy consulting at Bain & Company and continues to engage in advisory projects such as the restructuring of British Airways North America’s sales and marketing functions and the post-merger integration of the IT groups from Exxon and Mobil. She is also quite active in the global non-profit space, previously serving as VP of Planning and Operations for the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and currently the co-chair of the Board of Overseers for the International Rescue Committee.
