Marriott International, a hospitality brand with 3,900 properties worldwide, was seeking a qualified partner to manage and warehouse inventory for its Marriott Rewards loyalty program. Its program was being complicated by manual order-entry and inventory management.
After touring the existing distribution center, program requirements were identified, and the program management was assumed by A S Hospitality. Staff training was implemented to familiarize A S Hospitality’s team with the uniqueness of the loyalty program. Inventory management, order-entry, product tracking, and detailed reporting are now performed at A S Hospitality’s facility in Memphis, Tennessee. Account Managers work with Marriott representatives to ensure that both parties stay informed and up-to-date with the program. The successful program transition resulted in an on-time program launch and little-to-no disruption for the customer.
