Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, a luxury hospitality brand, desired a better solution for managing its gift program. Customarily, each property had been responsible for identifying and sourcing its own branded products, and there was lack of standardization and adherence to brand standards.
A S Hospitality expanded Viceroy’s existing collateral program to include gifts, logowear and branded amenities, and developed a comprehensive roll-out strategy to communicate the program across the different properties to generate interest and excitement. An accessible custom Look Book was assembled that showcases a variety of gifts specially selected to accommodate small production runs. This alleviated the need for properties to make inventory commitments and allowed each property to order products branded for its unique locations.
